Quick Serve Process Serving is a professional process serving company that delivers legal documents in a timely, reliable, and court-compliant manner. We handle the proper service of legal papers such as summons, complaints, family law documents, and other court-required notices. Our services are designed to ensure documents are served correctly, documented thoroughly, and completed with clear communication throughout the process.

Quick Serve Process Serving can serve a wide range of legal documents, including:

The primary role of a process server is to legally deliver court documents, including:

  • Summons and Complaints
  • Divorce and Family Law papers
  • Child Custody and Support documents
  • Restraining Orders
  • Eviction Notices (Unlawful Detainers)
  • Small Claims documents
  • Subpoenas
  • Civil lawsuits and court filings

All service is completed in accordance with applicable court rules and requirements.

At Quick Serve Process Serving, we understand the importance of timely service. We strive to serve all documents as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours. However, some people hide and the process can take a few days.

If service is not successful after 4–6 documented attempts at up to two local addresses, we will promptly notify you and provide a detailed status update outlining the dates, times, and observations from each attempt. At that point, we will discuss next steps, which may include:

  • Additional service attempts
  • Service at a new or updated address
  • Skip tracing services (if needed)
  • Alternative service options, when permitted by the court

              - Serving another person who lives or works with them

              - Leaving Documents at their address and sending a second Copy Via Certified Mail

              - Any other method allowed by the judge.

Our goal is to keep you informed and help you determine the most effective path forward.  I will also provide documentation stating When and how I attempted to Serve the legal Documents.

It is very common for individuals to claim they were not served—even when service was completed correctly.

When service is completed, the process server prepares a Proof of Service documenting:

  • The date and time of service
  • The location of service
  • A physical description of the person served
  • The method of service used
  • I also wear a body camera to show the Courts physical proof of service

This Proof of Service is a legal declaration made under penalty of perjury and is relied upon by the court. If the served party disputes service:

  • The court generally relies on the Proof of Service, not the claim of the recipient
  • A simple denial does not invalidate service
  • Only a judge can rule service improper, usually requiring strong evidence

In most cases, the matter proceeds as normal unless the court orders otherwise. answer to this item.

Refunds are not available once service has started. This includes travel, service attempts, and documentation already performed. If service cannot be completed, all attempts will be documented, and next-step options will be discussed.
